This hotel very beautiful but location very bad because very quiet.no restaurant near here.

A lovely Hotel, the location was a little dissapointing as there was nothing near by.
The hotel itself was great very clean and the rooms were a great size and had a bath and shower wven the cheapest room.

Great resort in an excellent, quiet location straight across the road from the beach. Staff were polite and friendly. Large, very clean room. However there was a problem with the shower leaking under the unsealed glass shower doors. When in use this caused the bathroom floor to flood. Also the guests above our room could be heard walking around in their room which was quite annoying at times. Great facilities, lovely large pool, large gym, pool table, restaurant, shops, etc. Beautiful garden setting. There was something that made us feel quite uncomfortable about our stay at this resort. We asked for extra pillows to be brought to our room and for some reason management had a problem with the request. They also had a problem with bringing another chair to our room. We only had one chair between two adults. Eventually we did get our pillows and chair but it was very upsetting for both of us the fuss that management caused. My husband celebrated his 60th Birthday in Thailand and I am in my late 50 s and we certainly could not see what the fuss was all about. Unfortunately this has left us in two minds about coming back here again.

Das Preisniveau der umliegenden Restaurants ist relativ hoch und sterben Qualität Nicht besonders. Es fehlt ein echter Konkurrenz:

When we checked in (two superior rooms), we got no information at all about facilities, beach towels, etc. only breakfastimes. We did not ask, as i thought that the bell boy will tell us in the room, but he knew nothing. In the rooms, that were large and relativly good, there were no information at all, not even for the phone, how to call reception etc.
Cleaning of the rooms was terrible! The floor were barely sweeped, we had ants everywere and in our two rooms we had to kill about 10-20, casemaking clothing moths every evening, so we could not even unpack our clothes, afraid of getting them into our luggage.
Breakfast was ok, Staff was wery nice and helpful.
The pool area was really good, but early in the morning, Germans and Russian guests, went out and put their towels on all the sunbeds!!!
The hotel is close to the fantastic beach (one of the best beaches on Phuket) an there are free sunbeds, towels and water and very good service.
Unfortenatly there were to few sunbeds.
We paid 1750 THB, and thats a fair price.

Very nice hotel. Staff was absolutely wonderful. We very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
Only downside is that it is miles away from Patong so if you are going to Thailand to have a good nightlife, I would not recommend this hotel. This is really a place for families with young or teenage children to just relax.

We stayed two night from and to the airport, perfect only 15 minutes away. With hotel´s own transport included in price. The beach is actaully very nice but not shallow. The pool is one of the better escpecially for kids. perfect to ask for room on ground floor pool level. I seldom eat Buffet in Thailand but this one was pretty ok. We would stay here again for the same reason. Naithon beach is a quite area with basically no shopping and few resturants. No airplane disturbance

Some problems due to that the hotel confirmed the room and then later cancel. Eventually it was solved

This hotel is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather of Thailand.The swimming pool is very large and clean, the beach witch is just across the street is also very good and clean .The bar on the beach and in the pool are a little pricy but there s a small store that sell beer,etc close by,anyways I strongly recommend this hotel to everyboby,execpt those who like partying all day&night,you should go to Paton beach for the night life.
